3. Services

TVC offers the following services, subject to availability:

AI Content Publishing — AI-generated, SEO-optimized blog posts published directly to customer WordPress sites.
Website Assessment — Professional website audits and optimization reports.
Business Growth Consulting — Strategy sessions, systems implementation, and ongoing advisory services.

Service descriptions and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at the address listed on our Contact page.
Refunds for content publishing services will be prorated based on posts already published.
Multi-post packages (5-Pack, 10-Pack) are non-transferable to other websites unless agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

For AI Content Publishing services, you agree to:

Provide accurate cPanel or website access credentials.
Ensure you have authorization to publish content on the provided website.
Review published content and request edits within 7 days of publication.

TVC is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect credentials or unauthorized use of third-party hosting accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by TVC for a client becomes the property of the client upon delivery and full payment. TVC retains the right to use anonymized examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All original content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of The Veterans Consultant, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
