The Origin Story
In 2018, Sidney Garcia — a veteran, a technologist, and a business owner — kept seeing the same pattern: skilled entrepreneurs stuck. Great at their trade but unable to grow because the systems behind the business didn’t exist.
The problem wasn’t effort. It was infrastructure. A plumber who’s incredible at his craft can’t grow if every lead comes from word of mouth, every appointment is scheduled by text, and there’s no way to know which jobs are actually profitable.
